If customers have own regulations for business, 30% T/T in advance and 70% balance T/T against faxing of B/L or L/C at sight is acceptable by us.
As Western Union, Paypal and Credit Card are flexible, we can also accept these for small amount or sample order.
| | | | | May I have your samples? | We could provide our existing items free for your evaluation if you agree to bear the express delivery charge.
Also we could make sampling according to your special requirement, but you need to pay for the sampling charge. We promise that the charge will be refunded once you can settle an order in a certain amount beforehand.
| | | | | What about the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? | First, we could consider that most customers need a trial or sample order as a business start. Thus our MOQ can be flexible in a small quantity.
Generally, we hope a trial or sample order should be at least 1,000pcs. But in special circumstance, this could be further negotiated as our eternal principle is customers first.
| | | | | What about the lead time? | Frankly speaking, actual lead time should be settled by our items you choose, quantity, season and so on.
On condition that some customers demand an urgent delivery, we could arrange production prior based on ensuring punctual delivery for other customers. The finalized schedule should be formally confirmed with our sales department.
